HOW TO HAVE THE BEST SUMMER EVER // Featuring. Eventbrite

Monday, 20 June 2016

So if you're one of those people who prefer spending time indoors with your cats and watching endless amounts of 'Friends', then you probably don't go out much and don't really have any ideas on what to this summer. I can relate.

I'm someone who likes to stay indoors and consume myself with endless amounts of Netflix, coffee, creating YouTube videos and blog posts, so as you can probably imagine, I'm usually 99.9% spending my time in pyjamas. Side note: Don't be fooled, YouTubers look dressy on top, but we're constantly wearing sweatpants.

I teamed up with Eventbrite to help bring you ways on how to have the best summer ever. If you are like me and don't go out that often, but have the fear of missing out on amazing opportunities and experiences then the summer of 2016 is your time to get out of your comfort zone, and have fun with family and friends. Just say YES!

Eventbrite is a website that allows you to find fun and exciting events near you, but also allows you to create events to share with friends, and it's completely free! I have found so many events from this website that are local to me, and which I'm so excited to go to. Going to new places is so much fun, and getting the chance to meet new people, as well as hanging out with friends and family is even better.

Both Eventbrite and I have a challenge for you. We want you to GOMO (Get out more often) and banish the FOMO (Fear of missing out). We want you to take on new challenges, take part in fun things and go to new places. So will you take the challenge? If so, then you can tweet both Eventbrite and me with the hashtag #SquishFOMO and tell us what you're going to be doing this summer!

You can also watch my newest YouTube video to find tips, tricks, and ideas on how to have the best summer, with and without leaving your house! I can't wait to hear what you guys are doing this summer to have fun, so don't forget to tweet me @ aspoonfulofhope!
